We are the 7am, all saints' cathedral, nairobi choir

7am Lux Aeterna is one of the choirs at All Saints’ Cathedral, Nairobi, serving faithfully at the Cathedral’s 7:00 am worship service. The choir comprises over 40 dedicated choristers whose excellence has been nurtured through years of musical training, harmony, and vocal artistry.

THE CHURCH

All Saints’ Cathedral Church (ASC) is the Provincial Cathedral of the Anglican Church of Kenya and the Diocesan Cathedral of All Saints’ Cathedral Diocese in Nairobi. The Cathedral has a rich history dating back 105 years since it was established in 1917. It is a landmark house of worship, attracting a diverse and cosmopolitan congregation that represents the social, economic, and political diversity that exists in Kenya.

The Cathedral is strategically positioned within the City of Nairobi with its main sanctuary preserved as a national monument and therefore a “listed building” registered under the National Museums of Kenya in the Ministry of National Heritage and a key facility for national celebrations.
